Kia Ora and hello My Name is Thomas Henry Chairman of the Mangere Maori wardens Association 17 Waddon Place Mangere Town Centre our involvement with the management and shops and car parks is to keep it safe for our shoppers and customers. This year the old Telethon is back and Mangere Maori Wardens want to host a 24 hour Karaoke & Local community act’s if you can sing you are in a group and you want to get on stage we want to hear from this is open to all of the Mangere community local schools anybody 24 hours of fund raising money for kids can all Monies that are raise will go to Kids can our Target is $20,000 we will be holding this in the Car park of the Maori wardens.

We are looking For Major Sponsors local Shop Sponsors Local business from around Mangere Bridge, Mangere East, and Mangere Central all Sponsors and Supports will be ask to take part in giving out prizes to children age group 6 year- 16 years – 18years to 80 years so please let all your friends know about the 257 Karaoke thon 2009 hosted by the Mangere Maori Wardens and guess. We need food for our volunteers over the 2 days anything that you can give us and if you want to volunteer come and see us at the Mangere Maori Wardens if you know anyone that has sound equipment Karaoke Systems stage port loos sound equipment staff more food for night staff and volunteers easy ups caters tables & chairs and Sponsorship for Prizes Volunteers for Money Collectors over the 2 days we have wardens coming from all over counties Manukau to help with Car parking VIP and Secure of the event we are also hoping that the Mangere Town centre will let us use the Main Stage area in side the shopping Centre if not it will be in the car park of the Maori Wardens
